Shipping

Aumorfia products within Greece are delivered via Geniki Taxydromiki with tracking. Free shipping applies to orders over 100€.

Orders to EU countries (excluding Finland) also enjoy free shipping on purchases over 100€.

International orders are shipped via FedEx (standard or priority) with tracking included. Free shipping is available for orders over 200€ from the US and over 250€ from Canada.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions to track your shipment via FedEx and our e-shop.

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment. Custom-made or out-of-stock items are shipped within 2–10 days, depending on preparation time.

If your order cannot be processed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather or strikes, we will contact you directly.

International shipping costs depend on your country and the delivery method chosen. They are calculated at checkout before payment.

For international wholesale orders, the final delivery cost will be determined by agreement.

Shipping availability may vary by destination, postal code, and time of year. For details, contact your local FedEx Customer Service.

EU deliveries are not subject to additional taxes. Non-EU customers may face extra charges, including customs fees, import duties, currency differences, or other local regulations, for which we are not responsible.

 

Returns

 

In case that you want, for any reason, to return any goods, you can do it within 14 days of the purchase date.

You can choose any other of our products or ask for a refund. Please note that PayPal, Stripe or Bank deposit deductions, shipping costs or importing taxes may be removed from the refunded account. 

For safety reasons, returns will take place only after communicating through email and only if the original products are in their initial wrapping, unopened, without any signs of wear or tear, and accompanied with the sale receipt.

The client will be responsible for the return costs and product safety.

All products undergo a quality check and wrapping integrity before their shipping. If by chance you spot a flaw in your Aumorfia product, email us within 24 hours of the delivery time and we will replace your order immediately.

We do not accept returns of custom made pieces, archive items, samples on sale and earrings.

 

Order cancelation

 

To cancel an order you should email us at info@aumorfia.com before you receive a confirmation email  that your order has been dispatched.

If you have already received such a notice, you should follow the procedure that is described in the returns section.
