Aumorfia products are shipping to Greece & EU (* Finland excluded) using courier service (Geniki Taxydromiki TRACKING).
Orders from Greece & EU above (* Finland excluded) over 100€ get Free Shipping.
Worldwide we use Greek postal services registered mail or FedEx priority courier service (FedEx TRACKING)
The orders for items in stock are usually shipped out within 24-48 hours after your payment is confirmed.
Availabilities are listed indicatively and are not binding.
Custom made items or “out of stock” items will be shipped out within 2-10 days after the payment is received, depending on the working hours that are required for the specific item(s).
Following the dispatch of your order, an e-mail with the tracking number of your package and instructions of how to track it will be sent.
In case that your order cannot be processed due to force majeure (extreme weather conditions, strikes etc.), we will contact you.

Costs for shipping abroad depend upon the country of residence and the delivery method you have chosen, and are calculated during the checkout process and before completing the payment.
Shipping using the postal service is through registered mail, so that orders are delivered safely and only to the recipient. Delivery times depend upon each country’s postal services.
For International wholesale orders deliveries, only EU & FedEx courier service is available. The final delivery cost will be calculated by agreement.
Shipping with Priority Courier service (FedEx) takes 2-4 days. Service availability may vary according to place of destination, according to postal codes, and throughout the year. For additional information, please contact Customer Service or your FedEx Representative.
Delivery within the European Union is not subject to additional taxes. Non-European Union customers may incur extra charges ensuing from the differences in currency, customs clearance expenses, import duties, product restrictions, and other local regulations for which we cannot be held liable.
Returns
In case that you want, for any reason, to return any goods, you can do it within 14 days of the purchase date.
You can choose any other of our products or ask for a refund.
For safety reasons, returns will take place only after communicating through email and only if the original products are in their initial wrapping, unopened, without any signs of wear or tear, and accompanied with the sale receipt.
The client will be responsible for the return costs and product safety.
All products undergo a quality check and wrapping integrity before their shipping. If by chance you spot a flaw in your Aumorfia product, email us within 24 hours of the delivery time and we will replace your order immediately.
We do not accept returns of custom made pieces, archive items, samples on sale and earrings.
Order cancelation
To cancel an order you should email us at info@aumorfia.com before you receive a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched.
If you have already received such a notice, you should follow the procedure that is described in the returns section.
